Mirupafshim

A Poem by A Synfull Argonaut

A little piece of heart fell from my chest,
A hollow cry began to fill my breast,
And I fell so down,
I began to drown,
And died.

Oh why, oh why did it all go away,
A little piece without which I decay,
A foundation stone,
Now I am alone,
And dead.

I search the hidden depths of soul to find,
That little piece of heart I left behind,
Please come back to me,
For I cannot be,
Repaired.

Today I know you will return to me,
And then again you will depart from me,
Know I love you so,
But you have to go,
Please stay.
