Hong Kong Sidewalk Snack Booth

Hong Kong sidewalk snack booth, orinally referred to some cooked foods shops and alleyways in the open of the Hong Kong world war 2,shops compare with the hawker are bigger, near the shops, there are some tables and chairs, provide noodles, roast, as well as milk tea, toast, to become collective memory of Hong Kong. Later, sidewalk snack booth has developed into a larger restaurant, provide fresh seafood, stir-fry, hotpot dishes. Since China reform and opening up, cooked foods stalls and cafes in Mainland China to return. Except Guangdong region, has its traces in different provinces.

I love Hong Kong sidewalk snack booth, because it have to cherish the past that flavor.
