My first love

At thirty three years age I learnt how to love another
So deep and true, my best friend and also my lover
He has shown me on a way I can only describe as perfection
He shows me a world where I do not fear rejection
Acceptance for who I am and what I believe
He helps my esteem start to retrieve
He builds my soul like cement fixes brick
Our bond strong, solid and thick
And grateful to him il forever be
He is the first person to lovE me unconditionally
