I Am Human

I have sinned with lies,

And hurtful words.

I have sinned with actions,

That show I’m not worthy.

I have sinned by letting,

Evil control me.

But-

I am human.

I lie because,

I fear the truth.

I use hurtful words,

To protect myself.

My actions are caused,

By a part of me that’s hidden.

The evil is within me,

And controls every part of me,

Because I see no good.

But this is okay,

In the end,

I am human.
