Under The Moonlight

Under The Moonlight

A Poem by J.C. Rabanes
"

In the moonlight which is always sad, as the light of the sun itself is--as the light called human life is--at its coming and its going. - Charles Dickens , A Tale of Two Cities ::::::::::::::::::::

"
Under the Moonlight

Silent scream, alone under the light.
fears conquer, our mind is thinking twice.
Bruises of heart, love that lost in time.
Many had lost it, even their own life.

fifteen years, had been swaying back.
I dreamed, those days to look me up.
Since then, memories of my past turns to black.
No hints, no answers to these questions I had.
Life is a puzzle, yes, between happy and sad.

Brave, strong, these rules the world.
Hard, soft, a genius singing song.
Part of it is true, part is wrong.
Just wonder in life, to prove me wrong.

I jump a little higher, work so hard.
When I failed, I cried, and try again from the start.
The wings in my back, who help me whatever I have.
Under the moonlight with these people I loved.
