Oh what joy it is to find
A safety valve in my mind
To escape from pressures brought
Runaway imaginative thought
The fear and blackness near

Let the pen free your soul
Step away from the dark toll
Crash upon the page so white
Let it rage with all its might
Helps understand the pain

It is art of consciousness kind
Helps the stress unwind unwind
When your are in Satan's place
You must turn about face
And seek the therapy of the pen

In the review of Tate Morgan's poem, oh christ I forgot what it was called, I said "Most of us on this site are working out issues through writing" Tate writes these beautiful stories in Paget's measure with music and photos and jeez WAY to classy for this site. I only started writing 2months ago to help me with a dark depression I had frankly brought on myself. However writing brought me back from the brink. I was wrongly thinking about checking out from this hotel so to speak. Anyway writing has help me through and hopefully out the other side and am certain I will never give it up now.
