A love the mixture of sound, sight and movement evident in this poem, makes it vivid with a lyrical intensity. Capturing the essence of the Forsythia, such a perfect flower shows your immense talent.

ok- so now i have to own up to having a favourite shrub. because this is it- i love that early blast of yellow. never seen it in a poem b4. a very pretty, beautifully structured little write.
