This is an extremely moving, expressive and earnest piece of writing, my friend. I especially relate to the lines I quoted. Sometimes, we feel more alone than we are actually and we forget that we need to communicate and be patient with those who misunderstand us. I have been through this journey. It's possible to transcend one's inner obstacles.
