Magic Word Maker

Magic Word Maker

A Poem by K8lyn

A kitchen table

Beholds a girl

Two little shoes,

A simple dress,

Braids,

And freckles she hopes to lose.

She holds a pencil,

And put to paper,

It holds the key to a magic word maker.

She signs the letter,

I love you.

Yes she knows,

They are words few.

But holding emotion

They also do.

Her life is full

With these words

She expresses much

To behold

Theyre magic words-

I love you.

When they are uttered,

Other feelings felt are few.

I love you dear mother

I love you dear sister

Brother and father

She signs with a swirl,

A curl,

A spin,

A capital LOVE

She is a gift giver,

a liver,

a lover,

a writer,

a magic word maker :)

i like it... love, love, and more love
spoken like a real dove
i like the line-age and mixing of paces
creativity lurks here among the spaces

a natural sense of rhythm
and schism
