Obviously Oblivious

Its amazing how little we know.

How unconscious we are to what is around us.

How everyone else sees you.

And how much, how many people, care.

And the sheer number of people willing to ask, and wanting to know

"Are you okay?"

The sincerity so real, and clear

and the love of a friend

And how something so little

can shake us

 though we don't know, and didn't expect, that it would.

How time can pass so fast

and How things can change

and when realizations come,

we may be dumbstruck, and say,

"That was so obvious-- Why didn't I think of that, or know?"

It is amazing....
