When we watch homes fall in succession

What else can we possibly say?

I wrote this in economics, just because
I was bored-- and for once that class inspired me.
Who else is tired of hearing "We just don't have money for that..."!?

I can completely relate to your frustration. It seems unfair that each succeeding generation is left with the failures of the previous, as well as ignorance of what truly matters outdoing their predecessors.

In making so many detailed laws and organized systems, it seems to me that we're slowly wrapping ourselves in chains that limit our imagination and dreams. You can't simply carry out a dream these days. And a person can't just start over with a new country. Even if a country was willing to sell some of their land, you'd need money, forms, registrations... We have so many rules to promote peace, yet they suppress our true selves.
