Feelings I cant deny-

she's on my mind every minute.

Feelings that are one sided-

No matter how much I fight these thoughts of you...

I avoid thoughts of your smile,

just to think of your voice.

I avoid thoughts of your laughter,

just to think of our conversations.

Even when I'm depressed,

I find myself admiring your pictures.

Distancing myself from you

but on the journey I realize how much I need you

When the signs of possible betrayal are visible,

and the feelings of nervousness halt you from being vulnerable...

Were you hope she breaks your heart sooner,
that way the pain is far less compared to actually being committed...

Aware that I'm setting myself for heartache,
and yet I expose my heart to her even more.
This girl knows how to melt my guard,
With rare words that touch my soul...

On my mind, she will be forever.

Debating over the possibilities and hoping for a happy ending.

Aware of the complications longing for her will bring,

but my infatuation persuades me to risk it all...
