Falling (Apart)

Falling (Apart)

A Poem by kenny

I count the days since we last spoke,
Every time you cross my mind I choke.
And that sure is an awful lot,
because in my heart you hold a perfect spot.
My heart's scars are beginning to crack,
Lord knows how badly I want you back.
Tonight all I can do is think of you,
Despite all there is to do.
No matter where my mind begins,
I always know exactly where it ends,
with a thought of something beyond beauty,
thoughts of you and me.
