After a long period of investigation, monokuma reported that they had a few minutes to sum up their facts and head to the despair filled trial. Komaeda stood beside hinata. "Hinata-kun, shall I walk with you to the island?" Hinata looked at him a little strange. "Sure, I guess that's ok." Komaeda smiled and walked off with Hinata. Halfway down the path, them being far behind the other students, komaeda kept looking at hinata very awkwardly. Hinata kept glancing at him too. All the sudden, hinata felt something warm and soft wrap around his hand. He looked down and komaeda, locked his fingers with hinatas, and held his hand as they walked to the court.
Hinata didn't think anything of it. Hinata thought of it as komaeda wanting comfort, but komaeda meant more than that,
