Fly

Fly

A Poem by Kirsty Woodward
"

Some,
Only see
    the fly

See the fly
See its birth
See its journey
See its death.

Dark, succinct, and sweet. My brain was fried so this was the perfect piece for me to read.

I enjoy the enigmatic tone to this...it opens so many doors of different interpretation.
It is sad that most never see behind outer appearances,
behaviour of others...a sense of apathy. This is a brilliantly executed poem...
Complexity weaved in just a few short lines. Thank you for sharing (:

The fly could represent those not noticed enough. Those that never made a big splash in life.

A fly seems such an insignificant thing but some don't see it that way. It lived. It was here.

This is good. Live your life with eyes wide open. Don't just live but participate.
