EVERY MARKET DAY

EVERY MARKET DAY

A Poem by @alvindorman
"

in staying true to myself i realize the only time i write is when I'm very hurt or when i remember a sad event. i have been hurt this week. bear my grief.

"

EVERY MARKET DAY

In my sorrow I write poems

Painful documentations

Of injustices

Of inequalities

And joyless days

Today is nearly born

What is it they said I did?

This never ending cycle

Has my body weary

I dream of vacuums

Or maybe a cone of silence

For in this marketplace

There is no solace
