You're dead

You're dead

A Poem by SouthernBelle

I stand above you

looking down on you

you're laying on the ground

you're dead as dirt

Now I have this bloody knife

in my hand

I start to smile

it's all your fault

It's all your fault

that your dead

you told me to bring it on

so I did

I told you

it would end bad

you said "try me"

so I did

You said I was weak

that I couldn't do it

but I guess we see now

who was weak

I take your body

throw it in the river

wash my hands off

and go back home

Everyone freaks

ask "where are you"

I say I have no idea

with a smirk on my face

You hit me all the time

pay-backs a b***h

and so am I

So now your dead

not a breath left

and I stand there smiling

never getting caught

A very good poem. I like poetry where the person struggle backs and win. When you push someone too hard. People can surprise you. No weakness in the excellent poetry.
