Dreaming wide Awake

Dive into my dreams

Interest can't settle in. The world I see is dull....and 

Lifeless.

Walk around and see, the world's lost its colors.

To my Lamia Cor, 

All is now just a boring and silent Black and white movie.

Music, Drawing, Inscribing my mind's unspeakable words,

Singing, Dreaming of colorful swirls 

Floating in the air 

Of the magical world filled with the unknown, the new and different.

This is living the dream.

How fun that would be. To wake up in a world,

Impossible, but all too real.

Grown ups tell us to wake up and get serious.

QUIET!

I...I'M WIDE AWAKE!

But...Still Dreaming.

Then,

They tell us to open our eyes then keep our dreams alive.

Tch.

People sure can't make up their minds.

I Look up into the rain.

Ah, my head's too far into the clouds.

I doubt I'll be able to wake up again.

I'm not awake at all.

And I don't want to wake up anymore. 

For this world's shown a rotten apple.

Whichever kind of dream consumes me,

Be it light, fluffy, and heart-warming

Or Dark, Heavy and Paralyzing.

Don't try to wake me.

Can you even do so?

Will you try to pry me out?

Look at this uninteresting, bleak and scary reality I see.

Then come get me.

Into my world.

Careful though.

You might drown in my insane, trapping dreams......

And end up never waking up.

A very interesting poem. I had to read again. The mind is a wild and is hard to control. I like the thoughts, places and warning in the poem. Some people minds can be a dangerous road trip. The ending of the poem made the poetry complete. They say if you look into the mind of another. They can make you fall to their level. No weakness in the excellent poetry.
