Bloom

My heart is with the people of Ukraine. 🇺🇦

Minds need more keys than latches,
eyes need more light than gloom,
let peace be the fire that catches,
so our hearts can grow and bloom.
Let peace be the word
on the tip of all tongues
till it’s spoken in every room,
till it stands up and finally scratches
its way through the lies and the brume.
