A Poem by Laurel Ducky
"

flow of consciousness

"

Champagne and hairspray in a crowded room mingled with laughter and colours and smiles and shrieks and chairs and fabric and life.

This is my home and this is where i belong with these people who i miss every day even when I see them and I need this constantly.

Reality cannot compare to the adrenaline rush when you're laughing your a*s off and you are ripping your pants and dancing in them anyways because you just love what you do and thats the end.

And the scents coming off of you in the shower the next morning... the smells of champagne and hairspray and musk and evergreen...

This is life.
