Almost forgot to put this one back on here. Silly me. About that moment when you realize that you love someone you have known for awhile.

Realization of the vision.
  Shimmering, translucent;
Keeping focus captured.

  A breeze that caresses the soul,
Straining to conquer the zephyr,
  Becoming impaled by pulchritude;
The finality of the enraptured.

  Touch a distant fervor
And the blaze rages,
  Magnificently radiant;
A chimera to give chase.

Only an angel could fall farther,

Nicely done! It's great how you repeat the part in quotes to drive the message home. I also like how the realization of love is compared to both a breeze and the heat of a "blaze" or "crashing into the sun." Love can caress you and make you feel comforted while at the same time burn passionately.
