GRAVE MISTAKE

Oh Maxine!
Death of her mother stole her glee,
Now at cemetery to pour out her feel
Head to slab; stumbled on banana peel
End, as her mar never heals.
What a Grave Mistake this is!!!

Oh Maxine!
Her favourite colour was blue
Now she's dressed in gloom
And housed in tomb.
Pity, she'll be buried soon
All because of a Grave Mistake.

Oh Maxine!
Escorts of 4 pallbearers, cased in coffins,
One with two-left leg, another profusely coughing,
Eventually, uncontrollably they fall
A restless rest of glory call;
Cost of another Grave Mistake.

Oh Maxine!
Her name; misspelt on the headstone,
Now her burial is postponed.
Truly, Dirge are not sang with merry tone.
Not sad for the Life you never own
But these Grave Mistakes.

Oh Maxine!
I pray your pieces
Rest where peace is.
