the ghost

the ghost

A Poem by Secret Lullaby

She walks along the quiet hall.

Looking for her long lost doll.

The lil girl that drowned at sea,

Is the ghost haunting me.

She wears a soft yellow dress,

And her red hair is in such a mess.

At night I hear her ghostly moan.

Which has a frightning tone.

Once I saw her in a dream,

And that sure did make me scream.

For she grew ten feet tall,

And started to eat us all.

This lil girl may be dead,

But she sure does like my bed.

For every night she comes in my room.

I hope she is leaving soon.

Sometimes I hear her cry,

Then sing her deadly lullaby,

Of the lil ghost that is full of dread.

Becuse she walks among the dead.

But still she walks these halls.

Looking for her long lost doll.

The lil girl that drowned at sea,

Will forever be haunting me.
