I don't have a good description for this one. Its just all lovey-dovey though.

I’m yours.

 

You are mine.

 

How long I’ve waited, for someone so perfect.

 

Not perfect as a person, of course not, perfect for me.

 

I’ve been through heaven and hell to find you, to find the one who really cares.

 

The lies and betrayals of all the others, when I really thought they were the one. It’s nothing to compare to you, because I know.

 

I know you are the one. You are him.

 

I’ve fought demons and slain angels to get where I am. To get to you.

 

Problems follow, because they always do, and may pull us apart.

 

But the glue resides with us, and we fall back into place, like we never shifted.

 

If there’s anything I know, It’s that I trust you.

 

Hurt in the past should have thought me, told me not to trust. Made me fearful.

 

But I have ignored the pleas of apprehension and pushed on to do what I need.

 

I know what I know, and what I know is.

 

You tell the truth, whether you want to or not.

 

You trust me, even though your heart tells you “No.”

 

Most prominently, you love me.

 

And just as you do, I have only one thing to say.

 

I love you too.

My whole heart went into this. Because I know he won't see this, this is a birthday present for my boyfriend. I'm not good at material gifts, and he didn't want one, so I figured me writing a poem just for him is much better =D
