What do you think about having a collection of short stories?

I think it's a good idea, I enjoy short stories immensely and its a great skill to capture an idea in such a small amount of words. Plus if it's a collection, that will allow you to focus on specific themes for each of them and as a whole they could paint a pretty interesting picture.

I feel like it's not long enough or that it's not descriptive enough

Do you feel like it is a proper representation of the idea in your head? Or is the idea what is lack.. read moreDo you feel like it is a proper representation of the idea in your head? Or is the idea what is lacking? Since it's a short story I wouldn't worry about the length, and as for the descriptions: Are they clearly expressed? It would help to have an excerpt or something.
