Howlin' Winds

Howlin' Winds

A Poem by Mae Morales
"

another poem from my point of veiw

"

As the wind whips across my face.
Shivering.

Huddled under a shelter.

Waiting for the wind to slow down.

Knowing if I go out into the wind.

It will surely pick me off the ground.

And lay me somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

No way into gettin' back.
