Kissing Monsters

The monsters.
I saw them again.

Nothing to keep them away.
Nor stay.

They leave.
Then come back.

Here they are again.
The monsters.

I close my eyes.
They're there.

Just staring.
Waiting to make their move.

In my dreams
And in life.

I'm kissing monsters.
