my forever poem

my forever poem

A Poem by Lydia Shutter

artwork by stanislav plutenko

you are my poem
walking through my dreamscape
fondling
       then fulfilling
my every fantasy
as it tiptoes through my consciousness
a shooting star kissing my night sky
with passion's wet tongue
making my anything become my everything
my rhyme without reason
my reason without rhyme
my forever poem

You are the poem, and love is the breath that gives you life. This ode to your love is simply beautiful. "A shooting star kissing my night sky." Sigh!

Yet another sensual, sexy, romantic kiss from you. How lucky your love is, to have this passion all these years.

there is no rhyme or reason as to why we fall in love with the people we do.

"making my anything become my everything"

what an exquisitely beautiful line. I know exactly what that means. anyone who has ever been so deeply in love knows.

your poetry truly captures what passion really means, because you write with it.

Beautiful photographic-art you've emerged with the proper disk of words.
"my rhyme without reason.. my reason without rhyme..." Very sensual lines. Full of romance and pleasure. I like the depth of your poetry. The line: "My forever poem" is seemed a wee bit similar to, like, "My forever love". Interesting. Well written.

The words "love" and "poem" are interchangeable in my world. Thanks for your review, Adams. Lydi
So, so, lovely...

"my rhyme without reason
my reason without rhyme" ...it just resonates...like moonlight!
