The Food Chain

The Food Chain

A Poem by MadalaJose

Who is at the top?

The Capital or the capitalist,

The lion that ate the man

Or the man with lion’s share.

Wow, with so few words you said so, so much. To me this proves you're a deep thinker and talented.

With just few words, some have got to think life through again. Awesome. Just when I thought there would be more words to a poem, you defied that belief and inspired me.

thank you for the review. I appreciate
The man with the lions share can never be on top, not in Reality. The man on top is only on top because he has more than most, thus depriving others. Whereas the lion, will eat his fill, when it is required. Greed versus need.
Amazing writing my friend. So much said, so profoundly, with so few words.

You are very welcome.
The lion eats the man, but the man doesn't eat the lion. So technically its still the lion at the top. But yeah still confusing.
You think different, question what others don't even bother thinking about. And express it precisely. Great job!
