Hello....

Taking a chance on love sometimes is a dream come true.

                          

I watch her as she passes

Her scent filling my lungs with complete joy

Intoxicating me

And closing my eyes, I dream.

 

 

His nearness engulfs me

I shudder with feelings so unreal that it pains me

And I wonder

Does he feel the same?

Does he see me?

 

 

Oh yes

She is coming

Her scent reaching me before she does

And I take all in

Into my very soul

Yet silence surrounds

No words escape

For I am frozen

With love

Fear

And I dream.

 

 

'We are together,'

I am holding her

Staring into the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen

And slowly..

Oh so slowly..

'We kiss..'

 

 

I tingle

Deep inside

My thoughts running rampant

Heart beating so

Hands shaking as I brush my hair behind my ear

I beg of him softly

Deep in my thoughts

"Please"

 

"Speak to me"

 

 

Slowly she passes

Her long flowing dress showing just a glimpse of leg

My mouth moves

Sound so distant, suddenly comes forth.

 

 

 

I wait.

He turns and looks at me

The bluest eyes I have ever seen, stare at me

And I melt deep inside.

 

 

Then his voice sounds forth
Oh yes.......

 

 

 

"Hello..."
