I stand in troubled waters.

I stand in troubled waters.

A Poem by Magdelena
"

Love sucks. Sometimes..

"

Thoughts play across my mind like tiny fingers
Leaving their impression of stain upon my form
I stand in troubled waters
Rain plaguing down upon me, my body of worn.

Images pass and go
Yet where to?
For forever they remain
Ahh, if I only knew..

That memories do enter all bypassed thoughts
They do stay hidden, coming forth on weakest moments
For undying love has no where to hide
Except here, upon these waters torments.

Where I stare up towards the moonlight
Eyes teary, unseeing all, except your face
And I stand open and bare
Troubled and unsure, my tears my only trace.

Forgoing all I have brought with me
My pride and unsurpassed pain
My body numb for all around me
For all remaining is loves deep dark stain.

Yes...

Forever to fall upon me
For forever they remain
For I stand in troubled waters.

Rain plaguing down upon me..
 It seems, once again...

Oh Mags, such a sad poem, such a beautifully written tragedy .. and that pic goes along with it - the figure looks so desperately alone, as if screaming into the darkness.
