Always, says it all.... :)

Always...

 

I am beside you

In thoughts of purity and sweet love

In moments of sweetest surrender

In darkness when it slowly creeps

Just hold out your hand my love

For within my heart I shall ever keep.

 

 Always...

 

 Your image, so deep within my mind

Your sense of being, your truth

For none other shall I ever need

Your passion for life, on fire with faith

Brought forth meaning and understanding

It was then I was taught the wisdom of the word fate.

 

 Time they say, passes quickly

This I know is true

For what is time when there is only loneliness,

And heartache and no hope?

A mere fragment it is, just passing by

Enough to just let us live as such and slowly cope.

 

Always....

 

I have learned in days that came upon me

The moments when your mind is once again clear

Thoughts speeding by so quickly, like shooting stars

Flashing in the dark of the night, then gone just as fast

You grasp, hold, treasure, and thank God

For once in a lifetime, you have finally seen past.

 

 Always...

 

 I bend on my knees and shall give thanks to what I've learned

 Eyes closed, head bent, I now understand the truth in all

My calling as such, my saving grace to become the true me

Destiny has come calling, in answer I send forth my tears

Of pure decency and treasured thoughts of such

To forever send forth my darkest fears.

 

 Always...

I give to you and send forth..
