Insomnia

She sat up all night with nothing to do,

Except let the words fly through.

 

Then she came upon a new one,

His writing definently took her mind for a run.

 

No longer does she complain of no sleep,

No longer will she need to count sheep!

 

Her newfound friend has a name,

'Tis Ren, it will always be the same.

 

Exchanging reviews and comments alike,

Nothing about each other to dislike.

 

Arguing over who needs sleep more,

Well, that's what friends are for.

 

If ever he needs someone to talk to,

I will always here to keep him out of feeling blue.

 

Ren, Oh excellent writer,

You seem like such a fighter.

 

Keep up the good work with your writing,

Try to stay away from underwriting.

 

For now I have found,

My insomnia buddy that I will keep around!
