Locked Inside

Locked Inside

A Poem by Rose Tyler
"

It's a song ><;

"
You will never know the pain you've caused me
You will never see it on my face
Kept locked inside of me
Living just to finish the race

Broken down, beat up again
My face pressed to the floor
Blood trickles down, a print's left on my face
The dull, throbbing pain now a roar

You will never know the pain you've caused me
You will never see it on my face
Kept locked inside of me
Living just to finish the race

These things you do to me
Everyone sees but no one helps
The abuse goes on and on
My loud screams now feeble yelps

You will never know the pain you've caused me
You will never see it on my face
Kept locked inside of me
Living just to finish the race

You will never know the pain you've caused me
You will never see it on my face
Kept locked inside of me
Living just to finish the race

Everyone now knows the pain you have caused me
One too many times they have guessed my pains
Always kept locked up inside of me
Feeling like my heart's wrapped in chains

You will never know the pain you've caused me
You will never see it on my face
Kept locked inside of me
Living just to finish the race

You build me up just to make me fall
You help me up just to break me down
Once more I'll stan
Yet again I'll fall by your hand
