Inspiration WhereA Poem by Malen
Inspiration lost thought
Blank emptiness emerging Nothingness, the nothing caught Left to go about word searching As frustration keeps lurking If it's there and I can't see it Maybe I can be it? Feet meet cold ground Shivers force rubbing While wind stirs around Not even a bird heard chirping Nothingness remains emerging If it's not here and I can't feel it Maybe I can free it? Surrounding in warmth Fires heat on wood burn Books piled above hearth A million words turn In pages they call worth Where am I, on this earth? © 2015 MalenAuthor's Note
