Sight

Sight

A Poem by Malen
"

Opening

"
"Is written long ago."
Does the voice tell you so?
Observed by gods, holding faith in you.
Do you recognize, what they relate through?
Constant is it's lurking hue.

Provoking honest intent, everything is meant.
Solid, unseen, many a thing.
Do you grasp? What's the task?
Are you hearing me?

Sight unseen, soft and bright.
I'll tan my leather hard tonight.
Replacing grace, on such night, with fight.
Disposing its meaningless height.

Written now, in the somehow,
Words are forming permanently.
Such a thing, knowingly unseen,
Arouses pause in me.
