Christmas to Nathan

Christmas to Nathan

A Poem by Emily Bivens
"

In 2014 I couldn't afford a present for my boyfriend at the time so I wrote him this crappy poem

"
Your eyes sparkle in the moonlight,
your kisses are as soft as snow.
I'm interested in knowing about,
the things that no one know.
We had an instant connection,
or so I'd like to think.
My feelings for you grow a little stronger,
every time I blink.
Your smile lights up the room,
your voice sounds like a song.
If this hasn't made you laugh yet,
I guess that I was wrong.
This poem sucks, that I must say.
But it's just something to wish you,
A merry Christmas day.
