Stupid Cupid

Cover your bottom it's bare
It's not arrows that fall from the air
You are only a babe with a bow
It's not love you make people show
Instead you cause great confusion
even causing lust and delusion
I linger among those you've hit
Their not covered with love but with sh**
I'll hide in the shadows this year
I'll catch you if you wander near
There's no place for narcissistic pricks
Flying round me with sharp pointy sticks!

yep this was very nice work, and this sure made me smile. this one was a darn cool take on what we all see Cupid as, i sure loved this. i think you could make this even more hilarious as in some works of art Cupid is shown blindfolded as a testimony to that saying "love is blind". and i must agree, those last two lines were awesome. nice work!

Pros: Tee-hee, this was cute! The first line drew me in, made me want to see where the heck you were going with this. And I like how you portrayed Cupid instead of the normal way we all seem to view him. And the rhyme scheme just flows perfectly.
