![]() Let Me GoA Poem by Dave Let Me Go Let me forget I ever met you, you with your blue eyes, with your scraggly hair, you purposefully left unkempt. Everything about you was wrong, yet you attracted me. a moth drawn irresistibly to the flame, I came to you. Despite you, or because of you, desire flared within me. I reached out and you danced away, laughing out loud. You stood looking at the fool made of me, I could do nothing more than wait and be burnt by the flame
