A happy poem I tried to write. I fail miserably at happy.

I reach out to touch you and hold

You got a smile made of pure gold

It's been foretold

That you and I are made of the same mold

Fitting one another perfectly

Without a fault indefinitely

Love isn't love without your purity

Forever I just want it to be you and me

I know you're impatiently waiting

Trust me, I'd give anything for us to be dating

But the timing is killing me, heart is aching

I need to fix myself

For I am still too broken

Beyond repair of fixing, but I am trying

I'm not lying, look into my eyes

Ignore the tears I am crying

Ignore the feeling of me dying

I'm okay, pain is easy denying

An emotional rollercoaster love is

One I am slowly climbing

It's the rush, the feeling of not knowing

There's a chance I could end up blowing

this whole thing without showing 

Just how much you mean to me

Just know I want it to be you and me

How do I tell you? I fell for you

The time is wrong, place isn't in the right zone

Age is but a number, but I wonder

All I know is that I don't wanna stop

I wanna keep doing this without a second thought...
