Step up Fathers

Step up Fathers

A Poem by Matthew Ryan Hardy
"

Just something that I woke up with on my heart.

"
My heart breaks in two
For the family's without a father
For men need to take up the role
To lead there family not there problems

One day I hope God gives me the opportunity
To finally stand up and take a stand
And show the world what I can do
Take a group that I can call my own
And standing by them, and protecting them

I will show the world what a true family is
People will watch in amazement
Because I just broke the percentage
Of fathers leaving spouses

God will use me in this way
And he will raise me up in time
I just have to wait for that special time
Gods going to let me do great things
For what he puts in my heart will thrive

I thank God everyday for the things I have
From the clothing on my back to the gas in the tank
God give it all
So he's always there to thank

I really forgot where I was going with this piece
But you can thank God for putting it on my heart
All I know that one day
God will raise me up to be an amazing husband
And a great Father

You are a good man. I had a AWOL father. Make me work hard to try to be a good father. I tell people. Slow and easy into love. It is a lifetime commitment when the babies come. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poem of love and wisdom.
