Fears

Sitting here alone,
so much running through my mind.
Do you want me?
Or should I let you go?
I'm not sure how much more I can take.
Doubts looming like black clouds over my head
and I hold back the tears ready to fall
I need you to save me from these fears.
Tell me it will be alright,
and that you'll forever be mine.

I agree with Tempest Skye, and i like the similie preceding the last lines. The structure is good. Maybe next time write a poem with multiple verses? Just a thought, its always good to experiment
