Forever

 Fingers softly brushing mine

I squeeze tight on that hand

I will never let it go

no matter sea or land

 

Those fingers gently stroke my hair

I shut my eyes and smile

I hold that body close to mine

I'd walk a thousand miles

 

That hand runs slowly down my back

my legs feel numb and weak

I look up and kiss those lips

A tear rolls down my cheek

 

Those eyes smile at me soft and strong

tell unspoken words to me

"I'll love you as long as you want me."

"Then forever we know it shall be."

Young love really is wonderful. I certainly hope it will always remain so sweet and innocent. :)

I teaches us what love should be like; always wonderful and exciting and new each day. For some reason the ending made me think of Bella and Edward from Twilight.. But don't take that as a insult it's just how my brain is working right now.

1st stanza - "see" should be "sea"
2nd stanza - "gntly" should be "gently"
2nd stanza - "Id" should be "I'd"

Young love is a beautiful thing;however, it's often overlooked because adults believe youngsters are too naive. It's a shame, really. You described the feelings of love most excellently. Overall, beautiful piece. Keep up the awesome work =]
