Blue eyes

Blue eyes

A Poem by Tamika Finley

Those soft blue eyes..
Clasping fallacious verity..
Flawed innocence and purity..

Your lying blue eyes..
Could never be true..
Shallow and askew..
I see right through you..

Using your light blue eyes..
To facade life..
A shield you secrete behind..
Desiring for blind..
Remember only cowards hide..

Reveal your crazed blue eyes..
For the world to see..
You put on to be cool..
While you're cold beyond reasoning..

I hate your false blue eyes..
With the brown ones up under..
Contacts to change the color..
You've disgusted me like none other.

Aaaaaah the lying blue eyes...in more ways than one...lying about their color and lyng about their true nature. Enjoyed. ( : O )

thank you! glad to hear u enjoyed it :)
I really enjoyed this. At first, I wondered if this person's eyes were blue because of a cold, callous nature. But, of course you answered my question in the last stanza.

"Your lying blue eyes..Could never be true..Shallow and askew. I see right through you.."
That is my favorite. Thank you for sharing!
