Time Peace

A Poem by Melanie Jane Boicourt Shanks

People go through life

lost in the shuffle of time,

finding peace in death.

I'm not familiar at all with this genre. I just found it short and powerful. Rain..

For some... who let the cares of this life...overtake their sleep...thoughts ....self-control...
and dictate their happiness....who do not understand peace....

" as a man thinks in his heart...so is he " ~ Matthew 6:21

beautifully written...
I am blessed to have peace now...and I'll have it later too :)

hmmm.... I think that there are those that would see life this way. I feel that there are others that would see that time is the evil and will try to live each day as full as possible! :) I guess i'm one of them.
I guess death is either viewed as a blessing or it's viewed as a question of uncertainty. I don't fear death. but i shall hold it off as long as possible.
Good poem, it's a thinker!
