“¿Por que?”

There are no small parts in the play of life,

whether you carry a badge or a knife.

You play your part with the things that you do.

You're the actor and director of you.

When looking for your own inspiration,

take yourself on a little vacation,

A private get-away into your mind,

where the playwright and the script you will find.

You'll know just who you are and who to be;

the small and big picture you will then see.

It's all inside of you, all of the time.

It will never cost you, even a dime.

Nourishment and breath are all that you need.

But there is so much more on which you feed;

challenges, and pain, and vises galore.

I look all around and wonder what for.

“Why?” is the question I ponder each day.

“Because.” is the only answer to say.

As they say in Spanish, “¿Por que? .Porque.” 

I say “¿Por que no?” because that's my way.

i like this alot kind of thought provoking to me .. overall i thought that the rhyme was good and imagery was great too..nice job.
