Beauty I'll Never Forget

Beauty I'll Never Forget

A Poem by Melissa Kesead

The grass is warm

beneath my feet

The rays of sun

supply the heat

A gentle rain

fall on my face

A doe leaps

with perfect grace

A rainbow appears

across the sky

I catch a glimpse

of a buzzing fly

Walking on a trail

covered with leaves

I see flowers sway

from a sudden breeze

As I walk in my house

I really regret

Having to leave the beauty

I'll never forget
