The elongated scream

The elongated state of tantrum...

The one in which the child never got to throw the chair, scream the scream, pull the hair, dream the dream...

...; when fortunate, become the builder, the singer, the stylist, the director.

They also may become keepers, farmers, lovers; seekers...

Yet never merging parallel perceptions of self - be virtually lost, angry, gnashing, weepers.
