Everything...
You make me see that everything
is not black and white,
everything is not what it seems...
You make me aware
when you're there...

Now I see that
maybe someday,
you can share to me
that tiny unimportant bit of you...
The bit that I love...
The bit that I crave to see because I'm too afraid to say three things...
I love you...
I love you!
I love you and there is nothing that could ever change that
because you are the gift I wish to see
wrapped beautifully, strategically, thoughtfully...beneath my Christmas tree.
You are the person I want jumping out of my birthday cake
to make all those days that you had been gone...suddenly disappear.

But out of all of those things,
I want to see you...
So I can tell you...
How much you matter to me,
how many times you have saved my life,
how many times you have wiped away my tears without lifting a single finger,
how many times you made me smile when I thought I never could,
how many times you made me laugh when I gave up and took life a little too seriously,
how many times you made me think about all the stuff that seemed...unimportant,
and I really want to see you...
So I can tell you..
How much I love you...

Finally found a suiting title for it! Thank you tons JS and Harley for your ideas. I looked at them and smashed them into one. THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU SAVED MY INSANITY!! XD

A couple of lines in here made me think that this is a long distance relationship. "Wiping away my tears without lifting a single finger." Well, if that's not what it's about, that's what I got of it anyway. The Christmas tree line is quite unique. Nicely penned.
