Dead & ColdA Poem by merit
Dead and cold-
Cats in a cubboard Fish in the tank Moonbeams stroking At the surface of the water I am stood here- Looking at my reflection Away from all noise- Brought on by you- And your radio Somewhere in the distance- A wolf keeps howling- Or could that be a Fox Cold Blooded murderer Eyeing up the oxen Rain is falling down Tears from the sky Somewhere in heaven- Little Angels are weeping But, Chickens are free- To fly like Eagles- I can hear them - Chuckle, Quack- Amongst cottony clouds..
